### sec.407 Admissibility of deposition
A deposition under rule 402 is admissible in evidence at the trial of a proceeding only if—
the deposition is made under an examination order; or
an Act provides for the deposition to be admissible.
A deposition purporting to be signed by the person before whom it was taken is receivable in evidence without proof of the signature of the person.
(sec.407-ssec.1) A deposition under rule 402 is admissible in evidence at the trial of a proceeding only if— the deposition is made under an examination order; or an Act provides for the deposition to be admissible.
(sec.407-ssec.2) A deposition purporting to be signed by the person before whom it was taken is receivable in evidence without proof of the signature of the person.
- (a) the deposition is made under an examination order; or
- (b) an Act provides for the deposition to be admissible.
