### sec.386 Costs
The costs thrown away as a result of an amendment made under rule 378 are to be paid by the party making the amendment unless the court orders otherwise.
However, unless the court orders otherwise or the parties otherwise agree, the costs mentioned in subrule (1) are not to be assessed, and are not recoverable, until the proceeding ends.
