### sec.368 Proceeding already being managed by the court
A proceeding may be managed by the court as constituted by a particular judge or magistrate, in accordance with an order, direction, practice direction about case management, administrative procedure of the court or otherwise.
If a proceeding is managed under subrule (1) , the court may direct that all applications in relation to the proceeding, or the trial or hearing of the proceeding, be heard and decided by the court as constituted by the particular judge or magistrate.
(sec.368-ssec.1) A proceeding may be managed by the court as constituted by a particular judge or magistrate, in accordance with an order, direction, practice direction about case management, administrative procedure of the court or otherwise.
(sec.368-ssec.2) If a proceeding is managed under subrule (1) , the court may direct that all applications in relation to the proceeding, or the trial or hearing of the proceeding, be heard and decided by the court as constituted by the particular judge or magistrate.
