### sec.365L Enforcement of Investment Convention award
An application under the International Arbitration Act 1974 (Cwlth) , section 35 (2) for leave to enforce an award to which Part IV of that Act applies must be in the approved form.
The application must be accompanied by an affidavit stating—
the extent to which the award has not been complied with, at the date the application is made; and
the usual or last known place of business or residence of the person against whom it is sought to enforce the award or, if the person is a company, the last known registered office of the company.

(sec.365L-ssec.1) An application under the International Arbitration Act 1974 (Cwlth) , section 35 (2) for leave to enforce an award to which Part IV of that Act applies must be in the approved form.
