### sec.359 Person under a legal incapacity
A party who is a person under a legal incapacity may make or accept an offer under this part.
However, the making or the acceptance of an offer is not binding on the party unless it is approved by the court under rule 98 or the public trustee acting under the Public Trustee Act 1978 , section 59 .
