### sec.331 Requirements for certificate about mediation This rule applies to a certificate mentioned in the Civil Proceedings Act 2011 , section 49 (1) . The Civil Proceedings Act 2011 , section 49 (1) requires a mediator to file a certificate about the mediation. The certificate must not contain comment about the extent to which a party participated or refused to participate in the mediation. However, the certificate may indicate that a party did not attend the mediation.
