### sec.309 Notice of discontinuance or withdrawal
A discontinuance or withdrawal for which the court’s leave is not required may be effected by filing a notice in the approved form and serving it as soon as practicable on the other parties who have an address for service.
A discontinuance or withdrawal for which the court’s leave is required is effected by the order giving leave and a notice of discontinuance or withdrawal is not required.
(sec.309-ssec.1) A discontinuance or withdrawal for which the court’s leave is not required may be effected by filing a notice in the approved form and serving it as soon as practicable on the other parties who have an address for service.
