### sec.303 Discontinuance by party representing another person
A party who represents another person in a proceeding may discontinue or withdraw only with the court’s leave.
A party who discontinues or withdraws, or the party’s solicitor, must certify in a notice of discontinuance or withdrawal that the party does not represent another person in the proceeding.
