### sec.287 Judgment by default—mixed claims
This rule applies if the plaintiff’s claims for relief against a defendant in default include 2 or more of the claims for relief mentioned in rules 283 to 286 , and no other claim.
The plaintiff is entitled to a judgment against the defendant on all or any of the claims for relief the plaintiff could request under those rules if that were the plaintiff’s only claim for relief against the defendant.
(sec.287-ssec.1) This rule applies if the plaintiff’s claims for relief against a defendant in default include 2 or more of the claims for relief mentioned in rules 283 to 286 , and no other claim.
(sec.287-ssec.2) The plaintiff is entitled to a judgment against the defendant on all or any of the claims for relief the plaintiff could request under those rules if that were the plaintiff’s only claim for relief against the defendant.
