### sec.28 Service of affidavit in support of application
An affidavit to be relied on by the applicant at the hearing of an application must be filed and then served on each respondent at least 3 business days before the day set for hearing the application.
However, the court may give leave for an affidavit not served as required by subrule (1) to be relied on at the hearing.
