### sec.267 Consent to act as receiver
A person must not be appointed as a receiver unless the person’s written consent to act as receiver is filed in the court.
The court may set aside the appointment of a receiver at any time for an appropriate reason and make the orders it considers appropriate about the receivership and the receiver’s remuneration.
