### sec.261E Independent solicitors If the court makes a search order, the court must appoint 1 or more solicitors, each of whom is independent of the applicant’s solicitors (the independent solicitors ), to supervise the enforcement of the order, and to do the other things in relation to the order the court considers appropriate.
