### sec.251 Perishable property
The court may order the sale or other disposal of all or part of perishable property the subject of a proceeding.
The order may include conditions about the proceeds of the sale or disposal.
In this rule—
perishable property means property, other than land, that is perishable or likely to deteriorate or decrease in value.
