### sec.236 Failure to answer interrogatory
This rule applies if a person does not give an answer, or gives an insufficient answer, to an interrogatory.
The court may—
order an answer or further answer be given under rule 231 ; or
order the person to attend to be orally examined; or
if the person is not qualified to make the affidavit verifying the statement in answer to the interrogatories—order a qualified individual to attend to be orally examined.
This rule does not limit the powers of the court under rule 237 .
