### sec.23 Claim must include statement about filing notice of intention to defend claim
The plaintiff must ensure a claim has a statement on it telling the defendant—
the relevant time limited for filing a notice of intention to defend; and

that if the defendant does not file a notice of intention to defend within the time, a default judgment may be obtained against the defendant without further notice.
