### sec.229 Delivery of interrogatories
With the court’s leave, a person may, at any time, deliver interrogatories—
to a party to a proceeding, including a third party under chapter 6 , part 6 ; or
to help decide whether a person is an appropriate party to the proceeding or would be an appropriate party to a proposed proceeding—to a person who is not a party.
The number of interrogatories may be more than 30 only if the court directs a greater number may be delivered.
For this rule, each distinct question is 1 interrogatory.
