### sec.208G Costs and other expenses
On an application for an order under this part, the court may make orders for the costs of—
the applicant; or
the person against whom the order is made or sought; or
any other party to the proceeding.
The costs in respect of which an order under subrule (1) may be made include—
payment of conduct money; and
payment of an amount to be made on account of an expense or loss in relation to the proceeding; and
the costs of making and serving a list of documents; and
the costs of producing a document or thing for inspection; and
the costs of otherwise complying with the requirements of an order made under this part.
