### sec.205 Judgment between defendant and third party
In a proceeding, the court may give judgment in favour of—
a defendant by whom a third party was included against the third party; or
the third party against the defendant.
If—
judgment is given in favour of the plaintiff against a defendant; and
judgment is given in favour of the defendant against a third party;
the judgment against the third party may be enforced only if—
the judgment against the defendant has been satisfied; or
the court orders otherwise.
(sec.205-ssec.1) In a proceeding, the court may give judgment in favour of— a defendant by whom a third party was included against the third party; or the third party against the defendant.
(sec.205-ssec.2) If— judgment is given in favour of the plaintiff against a defendant; and judgment is given in favour of the defendant against a third party; the judgment against the third party may be enforced only if— the judgment against the defendant has been satisfied; or the court orders otherwise.
- (a) a defendant by whom a third party was included against the third party; or
- (b) the third party against the defendant.
