### sec.202 Disclosure
A duty of disclosure arises between a third party and the defendant who included the third party only if the third party files a defence.
A duty of disclosure arises between a third party and a plaintiff only if the third party denies the plaintiff’s allegations against the defendant or alleges another matter showing the plaintiff’s claim against the defendant is not maintainable.

However, a duty of disclosure may arise between a third party and another party if the court so orders.

(sec.202-ssec.1) A duty of disclosure arises between a third party and the defendant who included the third party only if the third party files a defence.
