### sec.200 Counterclaim by third party
A third party who has a claim against the defendant who makes the third party claim may counterclaim against the defendant.
The third party may include the plaintiff or another person as a defendant to the counterclaim if the person could be included as a defendant if the third party brought a separate proceeding.
The counterclaim starts when it is issued.
Rule 178 applies to a counterclaim by a third party with necessary changes.
