### sec.195 Serving third party notice
A defendant who files a third party notice must serve it on the third party—
as soon as practicable after it is issued; and
in the same way as an originating process is served on a defendant.
A copy of the following documents must be served with the third party notice—
any order giving leave to file or serve the notice;
the claim;
all pleadings filed in the proceeding.
As soon as practicable after serving the third party notice on the third party, the defendant must also serve a copy of the notice on the plaintiff and all parties who have filed a notice of intention to defend.
(sec.195-ssec.1) A defendant who files a third party notice must serve it on the third party— as soon as practicable after it is issued; and in the same way as an originating process is served on a defendant.
(sec.195-ssec.2) A copy of the following documents must be served with the third party notice— any order giving leave to file or serve the notice; the claim; all pleadings filed in the proceeding.
(sec.195-ssec.3) As soon as practicable after serving the third party notice on the third party, the defendant must also serve a copy of the notice on the plaintiff and all parties who have filed a notice of intention to defend.
