### sec.191 Explanation of pt 6 This part provides for a third party procedure in a proceeding started by claim. A third party proceeding starts when the third party notice is issued. In addition to the provisions of this part, rules 16 to 18 , 20 and 23 apply in relation to a third party notice as if the notice were a claim and the defendant making the claim were a plaintiff and the third party were a defendant. (sec.191-ssec.1) This part provides for a third party procedure in a proceeding started by claim. (sec.191-ssec.2) A third party proceeding starts when the third party notice is issued.
