### sec.148 Judgment pleaded
Subrule (2) applies if a party pleads a judgment.
The party pleading the judgment must, within 10 days after another party requests a copy of the judgment, deliver to the other party a copy of the judgment.
If the party does not comply with subrule (2) , the court may order the pleading to be struck out or amended.

(sec.148-ssec.1) Subrule (2) applies if a party pleads a judgment.
