### sec.130C Application of sdiv 2 Subject to subrule (2) , this subdivision applies to service in a Hague Convention country of a local judicial document. This subdivision does not apply if service of the document is effected, without application of any compulsion, by an Australian diplomatic or consular agent mentioned in article 8 of the Hague Convention. r 130C ins 2009 SL No. 162 s 4 (sec.130C-ssec.1) Subject to subrule (2) , this subdivision applies to service in a Hague Convention country of a local judicial document.
