### sec.129 Time for notice of intention to defend
This rule applies if the originating process for a proceeding is a claim.
Subject to subrule (3) , chapter 5 applies to the proceeding.
Unless the court orders otherwise, rule 137 applies to the proceeding as if the reference in rule 137 (1) to 28 days were a reference to 42 days.
