### sec.124 Application of subdivision This subdivision applies only for a proceeding in the Supreme Court. However, this subdivision does not apply to service in New Zealand of an originating process for, or any other document to be served in or for, a proceeding an originating process for which may be served in New Zealand under the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act 2010 (Cwlth) , part 2 , division 2 . r 124 amd 2001 SL No. 281 s 5 ; 2009 SL No. 162 s 2 sch; 2014 SL No. 320 s 5 sub 2019 SL No. 50 s 4 (sec.124-ssec.1) This subdivision applies only for a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
