### sch.1C-sec.3 Duty to comply with court’s orders and directions
An expert must comply with an order made, or a direction given, by the court.
Without limiting subrule (1) , if the court gives a direction under rule 428 requiring 2 or more experts to hold a conference and prepare a joint report, the experts must hold the conference, and prepare the joint report, in compliance with the direction.
