### sch.1C-sec.1 Purpose of code The purpose of this code of conduct is— to state an expert’s obligations under the following provisions of chapter 11 , part 5 — rule 429A ; rule 429B (1) , (2) , (5) and (6) ; rule 429F ; rule 429H ; rule 429K (1) and (2) ; and otherwise to state an expert’s obligations in relation to an order made, or a direction given, by the court. In this code of conduct, the information included in square brackets after a rule heading is a reference to the comparable rule under chapter 11 , part 5 . The brackets and information do not form part of these rules.
