### sch.1A-sec.5.9 Appearance before registrar After filing an originating application seeking an order that a company be wound up, the applicant must, if required— appear before the registrar on a date to be appointed by the registrar; and satisfy the registrar that the applicant has complied with the Corporations Act and these rules in relation to applications for a winding up order. sch 1A r 5.9 ins 2000 SL No. 232 s 3 amd 2004 SL No. 115 s 2 sch 1 ; 2018 SL No. 193 s 2 sch 1 - (a) appear before the registrar on a date to be appointed by the registrar; and - (b) satisfy the registrar that the applicant has complied with the Corporations Act and these rules in relation to applications for a winding up order.
