### sch.1A-sec.4.2 Order or inquiry in relation to registered liquidator or external administration of company
This rule applies to an application to the court—
under the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) , section 45-1 for an order in relation to a registered liquidator; or
under the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) , section 90-10 for an inquiry into the external administration of a company; or
under the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) , section 90-20 for an order in relation to the external administration of a company.
The application must be made—
in the case of a winding up by the court—by an interlocutory application seeking the inquiry or order; or
in any other case—by an originating application seeking the inquiry or order.
An application for an order or inquiry in relation to the external administration of a company ordered to be wound up by a court is normally made to the court that made the winding up order.
