### sch.1A-sec.2.3 Fixing of hearing On receiving an originating application or interlocutory application, the registrar— must fix a time, date and place for hearing and endorse those details on the originating application or interlocutory application; and may seal a sufficient number of copies for service and proof of service. sch 1A r 2.3 ins 2000 SL No. 232 s 3 - (a) must fix a time, date and place for hearing and endorse those details on the originating application or interlocutory application; and - (b) may seal a sufficient number of copies for service and proof of service.
