### sch.1A-sec.16.1 Powers of registrars
Unless the court otherwise orders, a registrar may exercise a power of the court—
under a provision of the Corporations Act mentioned in schedule 1B , part 1 , column 1 or a provision of these rules mentioned in schedule 1B , part 1 , column 2; or

under a provision of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) mentioned in schedule 1B , part 1A , column 1 or a provision of these rules mentioned in schedule 1B , part 1A , column 2; or
under a provision of the ASIC Act mentioned in schedule 1B , part 2 , column 1 or a provision of these rules mentioned in schedule 1B , part 2 , column 2.
A decision, direction or act of a registrar made, given or done under these rules may be reviewed by the court.
An application for the review of a decision, direction or act of a registrar made, given or done under these rules must be made within—
21 days after the decision, direction or act complained of; or
any further time allowed by the court.

(sch.1A-sec.16.1-ssec.2) A decision, direction or act of a registrar made, given or done under these rules may be reviewed by the court.
(sch.1A-sec.16.1-ssec.3) An application for the review of a decision, direction or act of a registrar made, given or done under these rules must be made within— 21 days after the decision, direction or act complained of; or any further time allowed by the court.
- (a) under a provision of the Corporations Act mentioned in schedule 1B , part 1 , column 1 or a provision of these rules mentioned in schedule 1B , part 1 , column 2; or Note— See also rule 17.1 (7).
