### sch.1A-sec.15A.1 Application of part and other rules of the court
Unless the court otherwise orders—
this part applies to a proceeding in the court under the Cross-Border Insolvency Act 2008 (Cwlth) involving a debtor other than an individual; and
the rules in the other parts of these rules, and the other rules of the court, apply to a proceeding in the court under the Cross-Border Insolvency Act 2008 (Cwlth) if they are relevant and not inconsistent with this part.
