### sch.1A-sec.1.3 Application of these rules and other rules of the court Unless the court otherwise orders— these rules apply to a proceeding in the court under the Corporations Act , or the ASIC Act , that is commenced on or after the commencement of these rules; and part 15A applies to a proceeding in the court under the Cross-Border Insolvency Act 2008 (Cwlth) . The other rules of the court apply, to the extent they are relevant and not inconsistent with these rules— to a proceeding in the court under the Corporations Act , or the ASIC Act , that is commenced on or after the commencement of these rules; and to a proceeding in the court under the Cross-Border Insolvency Act 2008 (Cwlth) . Unless the court otherwise orders, the rules applying to a proceeding in the court under the Corporations Act , or the ASIC Act , as in force immediately before the commencement of these rules, continue to apply to a proceeding under the Corporations Act , or the ASIC Act , that was commenced before the commencement of these rules.
