### sec.29 Power of trustee to retain investments
A trustee is not liable for breach of trust only because the trustee continues to hold an investment that has stopped being an investment—
authorised by the instrument creating the trust; or
properly made by the trustee exercising a power of investment; or
made under this part as previously in force from time to time; or
authorised by another Act or the general law.
