### sec.80 Offences
This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed an offence against the Trustee Companies Act 1968 before the commencement.
Proceedings for the offence may be started or continued, and the court may hear and decide the proceedings, as if the Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) and Other Provisions Act 2009 had not commenced.
This section applies despite the Criminal Code, section 11.
