51B Minister may require inquiry etc
(1) The Minister may, in writing, authorise a stated person to do 1 or
more of the following:
(a) inquire into the activities of a trustee as trustee;
(b) audit a trustee’s books and accounts (including books and
accounts of or in relation to any estate, trust or property managed
or administered by the trustee).
(2) An authority under this section may be general or relate to a particular
matter.
