### sec.48 Existing requirement to give notices to supervising entity This section applies if a former trustee— was subject to a requirement under section 5(1), (2), (4), (5) or (6) (each a former notification provision ) to lodge with or give to the supervising entity notice of a matter; and did not comply with the requirement before the commencement.
