### sec.25 As to right of auditors and employees to communicate certain matters Except for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act or so far as may be required for the purpose of any proceedings, civil or criminal, an auditor appointed by the Minister under section 21 or 22 and an employee of any such auditor shall not communicate any matter which may come to his or her knowledge in the performance of duties as such an auditor or employee to any person other than the Minister, the supervising entity, the commissioner of the police service or some other police officer of or above the rank of inspector, any other person specified by the Minister and, in the case of an employee, the auditor by whom the employee is employed and, in the case of an auditor, any employee of the auditor. s 25 amd 1990 No. 80 s 3 sch 1 ; 1990 No. 85 s 5 sch 2 ; 1997 No. 13 s 19 ; 1997 No. 55 s 21 ; 2007 No. 24 s 770 sch 1
