sec.23Auditor to report to Minister

### sec.23 Auditor to report to Minister An auditor appointed by the Minister under section 21 or 22 shall, upon the conclusion of the examination and audit in respect of which the auditor was appointed make a report thereon to the Minister. The Minister may direct that the report or a copy thereof or of part thereof be made available to the supervising entity and such other persons or bodies as the Minister deems proper. s 23 amd 1990 No. 85 s 5 sch 2 ; 1997 No. 55 s 20 (sec.23-ssec.1) An auditor appointed by the Minister under section 21 or 22 shall, upon the conclusion of the examination and audit in respect of which the auditor was appointed make a report thereon to the Minister.
