### sec.8B Impact of particular development on public passenger transport or active transport
This section applies if the chief executive is—
a referral agency under the Planning Act for a development application under that Act ; or
the responsible entity or a referral agency under the Planning Act for a change application under that Act .
For performing the chief executive’s functions as responsible entity or referral agency, the chief executive must consider the extent to which the proposed development satisfies the objectives of this part.
Subsection (2) is in addition to, and does not limit, the Planning Act , sections 55 , 81 , 81A and 82 .

(sec.8B-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive is— a referral agency under the Planning Act for a development application under that Act ; or the responsible entity or a referral agency under the Planning Act for a change application under that Act .
(sec.8B-ssec.2) For performing the chief executive’s functions as responsible entity or referral agency, the chief executive must consider the extent to which the proposed development satisfies the objectives of this part.
(sec.8B-ssec.3) Subsection (2) is in addition to, and does not limit, the Planning Act , sections 55 , 81 , 81A and 82 .
- (a) a referral agency under the Planning Act for a development application under that Act ; or
- (b) the responsible entity or a referral agency under the Planning Act for a change application under that Act .
