### sec.38 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may be made about—
a code for proposed activities mentioned in part 2A ; or
consideration, whether monetary or otherwise, to be given to compensate the chief executive in taking action to rectify the impact a proposed activity mentioned in part 2A will have; or
action to be taken to rectify the impact a proposed activity mentioned in part 2A will have; or
the administration and use of an approved app, digital authority, digital evidence of age or digital evidence of identity.

(sec.38-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
(sec.38-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may be made about— a code for proposed activities mentioned in part 2A ; or consideration, whether monetary or otherwise, to be given to compensate the chief executive in taking action to rectify the impact a proposed activity mentioned in part 2A will have; or action to be taken to rectify the impact a proposed activity mentioned in part 2A will have; or the administration and use of an approved app, digital authority, digital evidence of age or digital evidence of identity.
- (a) a code for proposed activities mentioned in part 2A ; or
- (b) consideration, whether monetary or otherwise, to be given to compensate the chief executive in taking action to rectify the impact a proposed activity mentioned in part 2A will have; or
- (c) action to be taken to rectify the impact a proposed activity mentioned in part 2A will have; or
- (d) the administration and use of an approved app, digital authority, digital evidence of age or digital evidence of identity.
