### sec.36K Misuse of particular information given
This section applies to a member of an approved agency who has information because it has been given, under section 36I , by the chief executive to the chief executive officer of the agency.
The member must not use the information—
for a purpose other than a law enforcement purpose; or
in contravention of—
a condition, if any, imposed by the chief executive under section 36I (3) ; or
the terms of the MoU about the information.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —100 penalty units.

(sec.36K-ssec.1) This section applies to a member of an approved agency who has information because it has been given, under section 36I , by the chief executive to the chief executive officer of the agency.
