### sec.36 Starting appeals
An appeal must be started by—
filing a written notice of appeal with the appeal court; and
serving a copy of the notice on the chief executive.
An appeal to a Magistrates Court or District Court may be made to the Magistrates Court or District Court nearest the place where the applicant resides or carries on business.
