### sec.29AG Definitions for division
In this division—
access includes—
read; and
copy; and
download; and
photograph; and
scan; and
use an electronic system, or other technology that provides connectivity between digital devices, to do anything mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (e) .
authorised officer means—
for a relevant Act, a person authorised under the Act to perform a function or exercise a power in relation to the relevant authority; or
a police officer; or
another person prescribed by regulation.
produce , a relevant authority to an authorised officer or another person, includes—
give the authority to the officer or other person; and
display the authority to the officer or other person; and
make the authority available for inspection by the officer or other person.

- (a) read; and
- (b) copy; and
