### sec.28EO Collection, use and disclosure by host agency The host agency may, for a purpose related to the operation of an identity matching service— collect or use identity information disclosed to it under this division; or disclose the identity information to the chief executive or a participating entity for the service. s 28EO ins 2018 No. 2 s 24 - (a) collect or use identity information disclosed to it under this division; or - (b) disclose the identity information to the chief executive or a participating entity for the service.
