### sec.91ZY Personalised transport subsidy scheme A regulation may provide a scheme under which the State, for public passenger services provided to particular groups using taxis, limousines or booked hire vehicles, pays— the whole or a part of fares for the services; or another amount for the provision of the services. s 91ZY ins 2017 No. 18 s 18 - (a) the whole or a part of fares for the services; or - (b) another amount for the provision of the services.
