### sec.91Z Amendment of booking entity authorisation
A regulation may authorise the chief executive to amend the conditions of a booking entity authorisation if the chief executive is satisfied the amendment is necessary for improving booking services for booked hire services in the public interest.
A regulation may also authorise the amendment of a booking entity authorisation in other circumstances and make other provision about amending a booking entity authorisation.
