### sec.91L Term of booked hire service licence
A booked hire service licence is for a term of—
the period prescribed by regulation; or
if no period is prescribed—the period of not more than 1 year stated in the licence.
A booked hire service licence is issued on a non-renewable basis and must not be renewed.
However, before a booked hire service licence expires, the holder of the licence may apply for another booked hire service licence to replace the expiring licence.

(sec.91L-ssec.1) A booked hire service licence is for a term of— the period prescribed by regulation; or if no period is prescribed—the period of not more than 1 year stated in the licence.
