### sec.91H What is a limousine licence
A limousine licence is a licence issued by the chief executive under which the holder may provide booked hire services using the motor vehicle stated in the licence.
A limousine service licence that was in force immediately before the commencement continues in force as a limousine licence under subsection (1) .
The chief executive must not issue any new limousine licences.
A limousine service area stated in a limousine licence has no effect.
